1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to complete this project. Start with photographing and end with the editing process in photoshop. Use complete sentences
The first step was to get your camera to the correct settings. Then you would take the picture of the background then you get your prop and pose. Now you have a background and a photo that you're going to edit. Then you go to photoshop and put the background layer under the picture you want to edit. You use the masking tool to edit out the part of the picture that you want to make disappear.

2. What are layer masks? How do they differ from just using the eraser tool in photoshop? How might you use them in the future to create more projects in photoshop?
The layer mask is where you are able to erase something and it will show whats the under layer is. This is different from the Eraser because you are not able to get back what you had already erased. The eraser will also not show what is going on in the bottom layer. You might want to use the layer mask to make pictures where someone is floating or they are missing something.

3. Do you believe your project was (successful/ unsuccessful). Why?
I believe that m project was successful because in my picture they look like someone is floating and in another, it looks like they are coming out of a frame.

4. Based on the learning target, " Practice and demonstrate skills in the manipulation of digital imagery by using photoshop to create a composite image" what level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, minimal understanding). Why do you think? Make sure to provide specific evidence.
I believe that I exceed the learning target because I learned how to use the layer masking tool to make cool pictures. I am also able to use photoshop as a tool to edit more pictures. I believe that I am able to create composite pictures whenever I would like to.
